Computer Repair Work

I'm considering purchasing a WHMCS license for my software and website sales. I also do some computer repair work, and I would like to offer repair tracking, so my customers can log in and see how the work on their computer is progressing.

 

I'm considering using the Project Management Addon and using the "Tasks/To-Do Lists" to show the different repair steps as I progress. Can I set it up so the clients can view the Tasks/To-Do Lists for each project (each computer repair job would be created as a new project)? Or are they set up for "Staff" usage only?

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on a better way of doing this or am I spot on with what I'm wanting to do?
