factor
HI, We have had to disable .eu registrations because they charge you a hefty fee if you don't renew eu domains at least 15 days before expiry date, thats it if you renew them on expiry date or even 1 week before you pay like 60 bucks (in our registrar at least). How can we solve this in whmcs? is that normal? Regards,
sohouk
Move your EU domains to a different registrar! Some registrars have a requirement to renew before the 28th (it may be a different day) day of the month preceding expiry. That sounds like yours. I am not sure where this came from but I think it was the EU registration authority being stupid. However, the registry realised it was ill-thought out and counter productive and they dropped the requirement. Certainly registrars like Enom (who applied the strange renewal procedure) changed their methods to allow renewals up to expiry date.
