bdoherty09
I have searched on the forums for this but haven't been able to find the answer. Does WHMCS automatically set a client inactive if they have no products or services? I have seen people asking for the feature to be added and other people saying why it doesn't need to be done, but I think those were old threads. Has this been changed? I have clients with no products/services that seem to be cancelled automatically (every night I think). The reason I don't want this is because these clients are billed by the hour only when they need something. If WHMCS is doing this automatically, what is the best way to handle clients that do not have a product/service? I might bill them every month, but it will be for billable items like technical support. Thanks B
Bubka3
It will set them to inactive. I have heard v5.2 will include control options for this. Setting them to inactive will not affect their ability to login, or do anything in the client area.
