knipper
Hi all, I had a client order a domain transfer. All went well, but when they submitted the epp code they used the wrong code so the transfer failed. Once we cleared up the EPP issues - I went back into WHMCS to re-initiate a transfer request, but the client is not getting the request email from resellerclub. I then changed the status back to "pending transfer" which showed me an option to "resend transfer approval email" . Still nothing. I attempted again to re-initate the transfer but now get this error... "An Error Occurred The domain thenameimtransfering.com already exists in our database. This may occur if there is a pending Order for thenameimtransfering.com in our database under your account or any other account. You may search for this domain within your control panel. If you do not find this domain within your profile please contact our Support Department." Any suggestions? I need the client to get the transfer request so we can use the correct EPP code to get the domain transferred over completely. Thanks!
WHMCS JamesX
"An Error OccurredThe domain thenameimtransfering.com already exists in our database. I'd suggest contacting them.
knipper
Thanks John... A few hours later the client got the transfer email... and used the correct EPP... still waiting for the actual transfer to take place. But no errors now. Thanks for the response!
