Problem with slider order form

Hi all, ok, heres my situation:

 

On one templates slider order form, the slider works (I think portal, I edited it to match my old website)

On the other templates slider order form, the slider doesnt work, and you have to manually click an item to select it. (default template edit)

 

How can I fix the problem?

if you try drag the slider, it doesnt move
