Garry
Hi, I see WHMCS is offering a free domain reseller account with Reseller Club. At: https://www.whmcs.com/partners/resellerclub/ Is it possible to use the reseller account to order domain manually, for example a client orders a domain with there hosting, I then check it and order the domain via Reseller Club and pay for it. The idea is for me not to have credit on the Reseller Club, till a client orders a domain from me. As I am a new start up hosting company, with very small amount of funds for such things as this. I know I would need a term in my TOS about domains are ordered manually and not at the time of ordering Thanks
WHMCS JamesX
Yes, you could. However, you can still have WHMCS do all of the provisioning regardless of whether you keep a balance or not. If the registration fails during automation due to an insufficient balance when WHMCS sends the request to ResellerClub, all you need to do is add sufficient funds to your ResellerClub account and then manually complete the order within WHMCS; re-sending the registration request to ResellerClub.
