Custom Emails

Hi Everyone,

I need some help.

I'm trying to customize my global emails that are sent out upon new accounts, invoice, etc. This is done from the general settings mail tab.

I know that this can be done by adding a global header, and footer along with CSS. And I have done that, however, I have a problem. My emails look awesome and just like I want on Gmail but on any other mail program they look horrible, including just a preview in WHMCS along with view past sent emails in WHMCS.

I want my emails to look basically just like the WHMCS emails you receive for invoices, except with different colors.

I'm not using any Global Email CSS Styling currently.

My Global Email Header Content is:

<table style="background: #0098ff; border: grey 20px solid; padding:30px; width: 100%; height: 100%;" align="center">

<table style="background: white; border: grey 10px solid; padding:10px; width: 75%;" align="center"><a href="http://www.memoryx2.com" target="_new"><img src="http://www.memoryx2.com/logo/LargeLogo.png"></a><p> </p>

And then my Global Email Footer Content is:

</table>
<p> </p>
<p> </p>
</table>

I am attaching three photos, one of which is what I want the emails to look like- and the other two how they currently look.

It would be great if someone could help me out on what I am doing wrong here.

This is a screen shot of what the emails look like when view within WHMCS itself:

This is what the emails look like from Gmail. I want the emails to look exactly like this except more height in the center table would be nice.

This is what the emails look like when viewed in almost everything but Gmail. I want to fix this because the emails are hideous.

How can I fix my WHMCS preview as well as what the emails look like on any email client?

Any code changes and suggestions would be very much appreciated!

Thanks,

Kyle
