Module Autorelease not filling random username and password for services

Hello,

 

In the version 5.1.3 of WHMCS, the module Autorelease is not automatically generating the username and password for a Product/Service.

 

This was the setup and procedure of activating the product I had done:

 

1. Product/Service type is "Other"

2. Module is set as Autorelease, and the option was set as "Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received"

3. The invoice for the order is Marked as Paid from the admin area.

4. Ordered product/service's status is setting as "Active", but username & password is not generating

5. If viewing the Order page from admin portal, to accept it manually, (before marking the invoice as paid), then it is populating the random username & password fields, along with the tick mark to "Run Module Create" but after Accepting the order, its not saving those random username and passwords shown.

6. The whmcs configuration settings, Setup > General Settings > Order tab > "Enable Random Usernames" is checked.

 

 

I tried it on an WHMCS v5.0.3 version, which I used for development, in there its working without any problem, when moved to production which was the latest v5.1.3, it not working.

 

 

Any help would be appreciated..
