knipper
Hi All, Some time ago, I had 2 domains pushed to my resellerclub account from a different resellerclub account. These domains are hosted on my server and show within WHMCS under my product/services (along with many other domains/services). However, when my overnight cron runs, and I get the report on the sync these 2 domains that were pushed do not appear in the sync report. I have 2 more domains that need to be pushed over, but need them all (including the ones not showing) to be included in the sync. What steps to I need to do to get all resellerclub domains under this account to be sync'd?
WHMCS JamesX
That would suggest that their associated registrar within WHMCS is not ResellerClub. When viewing Clients -> Domain Registrations, does it show ResellerClub as their registrar?
knipper
Hi James... that's the thing. Since the domains were not purchased via WHMCS (But were purchased via resellerclub), but were then pushed to a client (me) on my WHMCS account the domains do not show up within WHMCS. (except under the hosting portion of the account) Which is now why I assume they do not show up in the sync. How can they be added within WHMCS, to this accounts domain section and get sync'd - since they already exist within reseller club for the same account. WHMCS JamesX
Oh, that's what I'd misunderstood. When you said they were in your WHMCS I took that to mean that you'd added the domain to a client already. That's easy enough though. Just open up the client you want to associate the domain registrations with in your WHMCS admin and create a domain order(s) for them. Don't tick the boxes to send to the registrar though as they're already registered. Just make certain that the registrar is set correctly on the Domains tab of the client profile for them. Everything will sync the next time the domain sync cron runs. Edited January 18, 2013 by WHMCS JamesX
knipper
Thanks James... That was easy enough. Made the changes, then I manually ran the cron... and sure enough the domains were now showing up and sync'd. Thanks for the help!
