Registrar module API / RegisterNameserver

Hello!

 

I'm trying to write own module to our local belarussian registrar. It works via EPP.

 

And I have some questions:

 

1) There are functions RegisterNameserver/ModifyNameserver/DeleteNamserver. When they are called?

 

2) At RegisterNameserver there is a parameter ipaddress. As far as I understand, it is used when NS is from the same domain (i.e. we have domain test.com and ns1.test.com for it, and we should provide IP of this host to registrar). But I'm missing place in whmcs admin and user portals, where I can enter this IP address.
