Real Webspace Posted January 16, 2013 Share Posted January 16, 2013 I got the following email, An invoice for the renewal of a domain has been paid and the renewal request was submitted to the registrar successfully. Naturally the invoice was 'paid' because it was a zero value. However the associated service was active but had an outstanding yearly invoice which was unpaid. This means I have paid for a domain renewal, before the account was paid. Perhaps an email could be sent to the client informing them that the domain will expire soon and to renew they simply need to pay their annual hosting fees.
