Adamski Posted August 16, 2007 Share Posted August 16, 2007 I need to pick some brains to find the best solution to the following. It may be obvious, but if that is the case I'm missing something. I'm looking to include support contracts as an additional product and need to find the best way of including them. They must be available to choose from when the customer has picked a product. I initially thought doing it as a configurable option but this can only be monthly and I need it to open for the user to choose monthly, quarterly or annually. So then I went for product addons but then I have to have 3 separate products for each type of support contract (of which there are 3) which looks tacky. Any other solutions that anyone can think of?
