limelight_solutions Posted August 16, 2007 Share Posted August 16, 2007 I've had a customer of ours report a problem whereby they make changes to their name server settings in the client area and hit save. There is no error or warning mesage (I've repeated the steps myself logged in as them) and it appears to save correctly (in WHMCS). However checking on the Registar's side the changes haven't been saved. As the API functionality is built into 3.2.3 now I'm not sure who to approach to resolve the issue, is it a WHMCS issue or a DistributeIT issue?
