designer267
Hey all, I just set up the whmcs on my server. How do I set up a cron job? When installing, it said that I should add the following command in my control panel: php -q /var/www/vhosts/indiefamous.net/httpdocs/whmcs/admin/cron.php Is the control panel part of whmcs? or my control panel? I use plesk dedicated virtual server through media temple by the way.
nitro
in your plesk control panel you should have something where you can set up cron jobs for the account you are using for WHMCS...
designer267
Thanks nitro for the heads up. Plesk 8 was throwing me off because instead of "cronjobs" it said "scheduled tasks" . I used some common sense and realized that they both had the same alarm clock icon above and figured that it was it. What a pain.
