Also if possible send the email manually from the Client Profile page using the same email template from the drop down. tks. MemoryX2 Posted January 9, 2013 Share Posted January 9, 2013 This might be what you are looking for. SETUP>Email Templates Then click create new email template. Once it is created you can add all of the things you mentioned, and the new email template will be in the drop down on the client profile page.
