jrobson Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 Is there any way to prevent the prorating of a product when upgrading from a free product? What is currently happening is that customers who have been on the free product for 60 days who then upgrade to an annual product are receiving the annual product prorated rather than the full amount. What is wanted is that their billing date is from the day that they upgrade their product, not from initial reigistration. The change package hook in my module currently resets the registration date and autocalc is also set. I would have expected this to recalcuate the cost based on the new registration date and the fact that the product was an annual product.
