Inconvenience adding custom fields in "Email Templates"

Hi all!

 

A few days ago thought the mail templates for a particular service, noting the WHMCS documentation that it was possible to add custom fields, believes in the products/services you want, as you can see in the link to the screenshot, "WHMCS1.png" then directs me to the "Email Templates" and fill in where desired display custom fields with the previous order which had indicated their creation, as pueve see the link to the screenshot, "WHMCS2.png", all this has been that no fields appear finally to send the information and would like to know what has happened not follow correctly and/or other.
