Offline Credit Card Processing Issue

Dear Community,

 

I am having issue, I have been testing this gateway for use for my customers. However when i put the CC key into the admin panel to display the card details and all i get in the following;

 

Card Type:

Card Number:

Expiry Date: (MMYY)

 

It didnt actually display the card details it came up as it is above in the popup window? any ideas on what this may be?
