mtk Posted January 2, 2013 Share Posted January 2, 2013 Hey, it is possible to add a contact to a client without filling the Email Address (not a required field). this causes any automated emails (invoice created, account suspended, tickets, etc) to not being sent at all to the client. manually sending emails does indicate: Email Sending Failed - Invalid address but this cannot be known before a manual attempt is done!
