chrismfz
I don't know if it's whmcs related because it's a module outside whmcs but when it malfunctions, the whole whmcs system is crippled. The issue was: the module was trying to suspend an account on the server when cron was running. From the server side the software was returning a bad response. So in every cron I got a message "An error occurred - -32300:transport error - HTTP status code was not 200" (1st affect) and NOT the cron report. but then I realised that, except that, the cron didn't create new invoices but also it didn't close any inactive tickets too. And plus, it also didn't sent any upcoming domain renewal notices! And maybe other stuff that I didn't noticed because I tried to fix it quickly. Except from the module which I believe it's its own fault, all the other whmcs functionality shouldn't have been working properly on every cron and just ignore the one module error ?
