Not Charging Credit Card automatically

Hello Dev.

I've sent a ticket already regarding this issue but I want to post here to see if others have experienced this error.

Recently, I began to dig under our daily overdue invoice and it turns out there are MANY invoices were overdue but was never charged by WHMCS even though they have credit card setup. I know their cards work because I was able to manually charge my clients. I know WHMCS didn't charge them because else there would be a "Payment Failed" e-mail.

I don't know how long this problem has been going on but at least 70% of the overdue invoices was not charged automatically for some reason. On each day, I could have 20 overdue invoices. I was able to manually charge 16-17 of them. The remaining are failed/no credit card storage.

Dev, what could be causing this? Cron job is working properly. I assume automatic capture is also working, at least partially because there are some Credit card payment were captured. I tried to run the Cron manually but same result.

This is a serious issue because I already collected $1500 in overdue, uncharged payment for the last few days. God knows how many payments were missed.

You do have the automation configured correctly; namely, "Credit Card Charging Settings"? Also, what CC gateway are you using?

Hi James, I'm fairly certain the setting in CC Charging is correct because I do receive CC auto-payments, just not 100%. Some days, WHMCS will not charge bunch of invoices, some days, it will be fine. On a related note, we also get some missing Paypal payments. We e-mailed WHMCS but didn't get a solution.

I'm using Paypal Web Pro.
