Override setup and recurring price when raising order in admin area?

Hi!

 

Just getting started with WHMCS, so far so good.

 

However, most/all of our orders are going to be raised by us through the admin interface and every client has unique pricing, so we need the ability to override both the setup and the recurring price when adding items. Right now, overriding the price seems to override the recurring price but this is going to pose a problem for us.

 

The only way I can see to do this is to submit the order then modify the pricing for the order manually - but by this time the client has already received an email with the incorrect pricing which is a bit of a problem!

 

Is there any way to have the 'override price' field broken in to two, one for setup and one for recurring? Or is there a better way to do this, or a way to 'hold' the email from being sent to the client until we've manually adjusted the pricing?

On the add order screen, you can uncheck the boxes to send the various e-mails if you like. These can then be manually sent once you've modified the order appropriately.
