EMS Cortex integration

Hi

from searching the marketplace and store it doesn't look like anyone has developed integration with EMS Cortex?

 

If that's the case, are there any developers out there that would like to take this on as a project? Cortex has a full API (http://www.ems-cortex.com/architecture/api.aspx). We would need to integrate both provisioning and utilisation/billing with WHMCS - billing being more critical at this stage.
