Module Command Error: Login Failed Problem

Hello Everyone,

 

I'm currently having this "Hair Pulling" problem.

 

I have double-checked that the server details are very correct. I can log into whm by clicking the "whm" button, so I guess that means that area is setup correctly.

 

My problem now is, when I try terminating a cpanel account or running the module that creates a cpanel account, I get the "Module Command Error: Login Failed" error.

 

Package name exists.

 

Infact to sum it up, it's been working but I can't tell why it suddenly stopped working.

 

I'm using WHMCS version 5.1.2.

 

My hosting company upgraded to the latest whm (could this be the issue?)

 

I don't know what else to do here.

Hi,

 

Try to Generate New Key on WHM >> Setup Remote Access Key

 

Edit the Server Setup on WHMCS copy and paste it on Access Hash area.

 

If this doesn't work change your WHM Password and add the same password to WHMCS.
