ditto
I am fighting a bug visible in all the order form templates. Hope somebody can help. This is the problem: When I don't have any "Configurable Options" and "Product Addons", and when I choose to transfer a domain, the steps goes like this: Step 1 Step 2 (transfer domain) Step 4 Step 3 (EPP Code) Step 4 Step 5 You can also see it for your self at WHMCS demo page. It is like this with all order form templates, but it is easyer to see the problem if you choose the "Steps" template. # So go here http://www.whmcs.com/demo/ and click on "Steps" template. # You are now on Step 1. In the "Categories" select "Shared hosting", then click on "Order Now" on the "Basic" package. # You are now on Step 2. Select "I want to transfer my domain to WHMCS Demo" and type in domain "fish" and select ".com", then "Click to Continue" # You are now on Step 4. Then click "Checkout" button. # You are now back on Step 3! Then type in some random letters in text field for "EPP Code", then click "Update Cart". # You are now back on Step 4 for the second time! Question is: How can I change the template code so that it does not go from "Step 2" to "Step 4"? I don't want to display "Step 4" TWO TIMES to customers! I want the EPP Code in "Step 3" to come right AFTER STEP 2 and BEFORE STEP 4! Please note that the problem is solved if I add a "Configurable Options" or "Product Addons", but I don't have any! The problem is also only visible if you choose to transfer a domain that have EPP Code, if you only try to register a new domain, the problem is not visible. The problem is visible in all order form templates. If it is not possible to fix this by changing the order form templates code (I have tried), then WHMCS MUST FIX THIS BUG!

ditto
Thanks. Did you find a solution? I think this bug might not be possible to solve within the templates itself, but it might have to be fixed in the encrypted php files - if so, WHMCS should fix this ASAP.
