peterz Posted December 7, 2012 Share Posted December 7, 2012 Submitted ticket 11/30/2012 with no resolution. The issues I have posted to support have not been addressed. Below is a recap of details. Problem description. Authorize.net CIM mode stopped doing following items on approx 11/19/2012. 1. Can no longer add credit cards to accounts in CIM mode, all cards are now stored locally. 2. Automated batch processing no longer working. 3. Attempt CC Captures from home screen I can run manual capture from inside of invoice. Which currently works with CIM stored cards. At around the time this stopped working, I activated "Offline Credit Card" mode but disabled shortly after. I still have Authorise.net CIM mode active.
