NetEarhOne regsitration error []

Hi,

 

I cannot register domains with NetEarthOne. Heres what happened:

 

First I got this error: "error obtaining customer id"

Then on retry to register I got: "Required parameter missing: attr-value3"

 

Now both of the above where fixed with resellerclub_pro.zip and DomainsRegFix.zip

 

But now I get this:

The customer does get created with netearthone but the registration doesn't.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, i've had some fixes from a support ticket, I now have a new error:

 

Required parameter missing: attr-value2

 

It seems that this could be extension specific so for information it is .es I am currently trying with.

I'm having the same issue now. Customer gets created, but nothing about the domain registration passes to NEO. Also, existing customers doing transfers/renewals are not passing from WHMCS to NEO. This just started the last couple days or so.

I've had this with ResellerClub occasionally over the last several days myself--the error obtaining customer id. Usually running it a second time clears it up. The customer seems to be created the first pass and then the registration or transfer succeeds when submitted a second time.

I opened a support ticket and they provided a couple of update files that fixed it right up.
