Contact Form

Hello,

 

I am really interested in purchasing WHMCS, but before I do there is a two things I would like to find out.

 

1. On the pre-sales contact form, I would imagine the name could be changed to like Sales & Support or Contact Us.

Now what I would like to know is, is it possible to have a drop down menu be displayed on the contact for to determine or specify to which department it would go to. Sales, Support etc.

 

2. Is there an addon or something to allow a pop up, in the event I would like a simple pop up window using something like fancy box for ease on the main website. I’m not really interested in using something like Kayako because I need something fairly simplistic. No need for a separate helpdesk.

 

Would appreciate any help.

Thanks for the response; I looked on the demo and cannot seem to find it anywhere. Do you have an idea of where I could find it?

Let me try again: what i'm looking for is lets say a support link, example: click here for support, and when it is clicked a window will pop up with a mini contact form. Is there something already available to allow this or would I need to make it?

Let me try again. Im looking for a pop up contact form, example:

 

WHMCS is hosted on my.example.com and my website is http://www.example.com. On the main website there is a contact us button, when clicked a box will pop up with a contact form for whmcs ticket system. Would I need to make this or is there something already available?
