Iridium Corporation Payment Gateway - BETA MODULE AVAILABLE

Hi all,

Iridium Corporation is a leading payment gateway based in the UK.

 

We have completed an integration with WHMCS and our module is now available for beta testing.

A pre-requisite is you already have a test account with us, or if you are considering using us as your payment gateway and are prepared to register for an account . You can register

here.

 

 

Our integration is designed to be as versatile as our merchants needs and supports these integration types;

 

• Direct/API:
  WHMCS payment form is used to capture the card details. Details are passed to our systems and the response is handled and logged. Customer would never leave your site throughout the transaction process.
  This integration supports the following mechanisms;
  
  • 3D Secure Authentication
    
  • Tokenised Remote Storage:
    This allows us to store a CrossReference so that customers are only asked for their card details once, then subsequent transaction use the CrossReference to use the orignal card details for new transactions. This also avoids storing card details on your servers.
    

   

  [*]Hosted Payment Form:

  Iridium host the payment form to capture card details which means that your customers are redirected to our website for this part of the process, then once the transaction has been completed, we redirect back to your website.

  This integration supports the following mechanisms;

By the nature of beta testing, there is likely to still be bugs present, although we have performed a vast amount of tests to ensure that there is nothing 'show stopping' left in play. It also means that you are relatively technical, or have someone technical to hand should we require to discuss issues via email/phone.

CORRECTION:

 

Hosted Payment Form - Tokenised Remote Storage.

This is only relevant when it comes to recurring transactions. These are manually triggered via admin panel or via CRON job. The customer is not filling in the details so the CrossReference of the initial transaction form the recurring product is used and the original card details processed accordingly.

Each NEW transaction, where the customer is shopping would still require the Hosted Payment Form be filled in and submitted to complete the transaction.
