ozstar
Hi, I have a hosting reseller account where we personally setup the accounts ourselves for clients rather than they do it automated. We are looking for a way for WHM to send out auto invoices as the hosting becomes due. We would setup the domain and client name etc as well as the due date. Can WHMCS do this for us? If so, is there an tutorial on just doing that? Looks like an awesome program which we may end up using in it's mostly full form later. Thanks oz

artizhay
You could either create a recurring billable item for the client, which will auto-create invoices in advance of the due date. Or you can create a generic hosting product, make sure no creation module is selected, and create a new order for each client. The second option may be simpler, as it will automatically set up all the recurrence for you.
