msaunders Posted November 12, 2012 Share Posted November 12, 2012 Hi I have created a custom email that is fired via a hook using the Internal API and examples on this page http://docs.whmcs.com/API:Send_Email#Internal_API_3 The email works etc but I want to include some regular email template variables in the email i.e {$signature} ,{$service_product_name} etc Anyone any examples on how to do this ? I know I can write a function to pull the info in from the DB but I was hoping there is an easier way. Just inserting {$service_product_name} into the email template does not work.
