I found: www.bluemailcentral.com http://www.docsaway.com Are there any others? bluemailcentral.com looks good to me (also the prices) but you are not be able to sent just 1 invoice... i mean you can select in the invoice Dropdown, to sent the invoice over email, but you are not able to sent the invoice over postal mail....
