joe123
this is the 3rd time this happens but i can't find out why: i receive an order notification that says : A new order has been placed. Date/Time: 08/08/2007 12:18:41 Order ID: 1133 Client ID: Product/Service: Cpanel Basic Plan Billing Cycle: Annually First Payment Amount: 12.00 Recurring Amount: 12.00 Total Order Amount: $12.00 USD ---------------------------------------- and the email sent to the customer looks like this: Dear , We have received your order and will be processing it shortly. The details of the order are below: Order Number: Product/Service: - Billing Cycle: Amount: $ USD Total: $ USD ---------------------------------------- NO name ,No amount , nothing and when i go to the admin area , there is absolutely nothing there but everything is insterted into the database so i have to go and clean all those tables manually. the only thing i see in the admin area is 1 pending account and when clicked it's not there. -------------------------------------- anyone had this before? Thanks

joe123
A support ticket will not help , this is something that can not be reproduced and the cause is unknown till this happens. I just wonder if that ever happened to someone else.
Adam
A support ticket will not help , this is something that can not be reproduced and the cause is unknown till this happens. If this can not be reproduced then its a problem with your local install. Opening up a ticket with WHMCS, they will advise you on the best way to handle this problem. Weather it be, uploading fresh files or anything else WHMCS can come up with. From, Adam
