bigbearhminer
Hi, I have a developer on my team who is developing a module for order automation, which does work, but only when you click the 'Accept Order' button. We need this fully automatic, and he doesn't know how to do it. He said that he tried API and the API user had all the correct permissions. How can I make it automaticly accept the orders? P.S: I didn't know where to put this... Thank you very much! -Harry
gbrennae
Under "Module Settings" tab for the product you are looking to have automatically provisioned make sure the "Automatically setup the product as soon as an order is placed" option is selected. When the order is received by WHMCS the activation module will run automatically.
bigbearhminer
Hi, my developer said it wasn't a module, so what do I do? Shall I ask him to make a module?
Shawn_Vudoo
It sounds like he is trying to use the external API to push orders into whmcs, which is a lot harder than just making a module. He would need to develop a server provisioning module http://www.whmcs.com/members/dl.php?type=d&id=14 You'll have to most likely download it for him as it requires an active account to download.
