plutoneweb Posted October 31, 2012 Share Posted October 31, 2012 Hello everyone. I am having issues with my Payflow Pro gateway module in WHMCS. All of my information I entered into the module is correct. I do not have any Cardinal 3D IDs, and have tried using a transaction pw that is my actual password with no luck. All of my orders are declined no matter what. I called PayPal and they initially did not see any of the transactions even hitting their system. Then the ones they did see were for amounts that were $0.00. I cannot find the error codes to see what is causing this problem. Anyone have any suggestions? Invoice ID => 1008 User ID => 1 Amount => 1.00 RESULT => 1 RESPMSG => User authentication failed any idea on which information could be wrong? i know my paypal information and can easily login to regular paypal and the manager as well. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
