Do not reply

For those using the do-not-reply email address, how are you setting these up?

 

We would prefer to use this, rather than having the mail piped through whmcs.

 

I`ve made a note in the ticket template(s) to reply to the ticket and not the email, with a link to the ticket itself.

 

Also, I have created a do-not-reply@domain.com email address in cpanel, and obviously entered this email address in the appropriate departments in whmcs.

 

With the email, have you simply black holed this addy, or created an autoresponder with a message or what?

 

Please advise with some tips. Thank you.
