Hi,

 

I am looking into getting this program but like everyone else I have a few questions. I'd like to add two functions that I did not see available or I'd like a workaround if one is available..

 

1. I'd like to be able to create quotes that I can send to customers or have show up in their client area.

 

2. I'd like to be able to send files to and receive files from clients and have these also show up in their client area.

 

I do some PHP coding so I can do the above, I guess my question then would be how best to integrate. Thanks

For the quotes, you can generate invoices and provide the quote that way. And for sending and receiving files, you could use support tickets. But alternatively, you can add your own pages to the client area if you are familiar with PHP using the code we provide for creating your own pages in the knowledgebase.
