VISL
Have just tried upgrading php to 5.2.1 Ended up reverting to 4.4.7 - now I can't login to WHMCS. At first it mentioned Curl was missing so I recompiled with Curl, now it opens the logon page but won't let me logon, it just reverts back to empty fields again. Any ideas????? PS: Having done a search I have ticked the remember logon box and can now login!
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 8, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 8, 2007 That means it's PHP sessions not working!
VISL
Well, whats the easiest way to resolve?? Thats like me taking my car to a mechanic and him saying the car is broken but not saying how to resolve it.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 8, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 8, 2007 lol, it's not really like that at all! It's not a WHMCS issue, it's a server issue so you'll need to get your techs to fix it for you, not us. It's a bit like taking your TV to the car mechanic when it's broken! VISL
Yeah but you could have given a hint as to how it could be resolved, i.e a server reboot etc. .....
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 8, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 8, 2007 Yeh, sorry - just thought that was a funny comparison to make! A restart would normally do it unless it's some kind of config error.
