lindmar
I have two configurable options that can be added. If I add one or the other to the cart and click go to paypal, it gives me the correct amount. If I add both, the whmcs shows the correct added total.. But when I click "Pay now" it only shows one item and the price of one item? Any ideas?
SageStone
Hello, Are you sure both have a set value and not just 0? Thanks,
lindmar
as I said. It adds the value on the final whmcs page, so.. $1.50+ $3.00 On the final page in whmcs before "pay now" it says total $4.50 Pay now... Click that, goes to paypal subscription and only takes the first value.. $1.50
SageStone
Hello, That's odd. Is there any chance an order id isn't set, as in what order it shows up. I'm not sure if it being 0 would affect it, but it may as that's null. Thanks, David
PPH
If the subscriptions are for different billing periods then it will have create multiple subscriptions.
lindmar
The subscriptions are of the same billing period. Both monthly. really odd. anyone else?
joe123
even they are the same billing period , it will create 2 subscriptions , that is the problem with domain orders and annual hosting packages , it will create 2 subscriptions as well because it could be different payment terms for each. I think somehow matt has to find a solution that the first total amount is fully charged and creating a subscription for the hosting account and the domain can be billed separately for the next billing cycle . or if they have the same billing cycle then create one subscription. my EX billing system used to work this way.
