pseconds Posted October 14, 2012 Share Posted October 14, 2012 Right now, I have a single email box that catches email for sales, support, billing, vender notifications, abuse, system notifications, things I've subscribed to, etc... Now my business has grown and I'm integrating WHMCS. I really like that I can pipe emails into tickets. I'm curious though, how have others laid out their mailboxes to best keep things separate? Create Search Folders to find messages fast 4. Route mail efficiently using mailbox rules 5. Reduce unwanted email with junk filters 6. Assign a color category 7.
