Does WHMCS use complete.tpl even for Bank Transfer payments?

Does anyone know if the complete.tpl file is used even when a client chooses to pay by bank transfer method?

 

When I go through the order process, I'm immediately shown the invoice at the end (the url is something like: https://www.mycompany.com/manage/viewinvoice.php?id=1234) - and I'm not sure if complete.tpl was "triggered".

 

(I need the answer to this in order to help determine how to integrate my affiliate tracker)
