Problem after upgrade to 5.1.2 with onlinenic module

After successfully updated to latest version,the onlinenic module shows me this error when i try to see a domain in list of domains,

Registrar Error

Connection Failed - 0 - php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known

has anyone seen this after the upgrade ?
