QTY Input on Quote Not Parsed Correctly

I am running WHMCS 5.0.3.

When I create a new quote, and I enter a value into the quantity field, in my case 10,5, the value displays correctly and even stores to the database that way. When the value is used in calculations, however, only the whole number is used. The decimal portion is disregarded.

While developing a site last year for a company in Denmark, we ran into this. We parsed all input values that were numerical and contained a comma or period so they could be used properly in calculations, and stored them in the database as periods only. When they were recalled for display, they were displayed according to the user's language. That way users would see the displayed values in the format they were expecting.
