WHMCS is a good software but: 1) Support is too slow - Answer after weeks or months 2) Multilingual product and description is necesary for everyone and still waiting for years 3) 99.99% of response to questions are responded by a regular forum member, and the 99.99% leave you in the same place. 4) Admins do not respond the right answer or just saying "is not available?" 5) If whmcs is hacked, we lost the admin console... What can be done to get this resolve? We're paying for product, service and support every year and nothing is happening to get this right and resolved.
