WHMCS Merge with (2) Ver 5.1.2

I'm having a WHMCS ver 5.1.2 to 5.1.2 issue.

 

This should be a painless task but Im getting no response from support (#464585). Can anyone help? At this point I am offering to pay if it's something painstaking

 

I even tried copying the remote database locally
