This is very common as some clients will never pay once you have give them the support so... We charge for a package of support hours in advance. Is there a way to manage this? a Preapid fromat? where I can remove hours/credits from their account? About your request for the prepaid and credits support, you already have it right into default WHMCS. You can use it out of the box (after setting the details), and then bill against that credit. You can setup WHMCS so that payments get paid automatically from available credit, right from WHMCS (no extras required), and your customers can add Credits to the WHMCS system (aka: pre-paid) also via the "Add Funds Invoices" (see below) and then get them as credit. After that, you can use NESSYS Time Tracking just for conventional time-based billing and available credits will be automatically applied to any invoices you create, if you configure WHMCS to do so. This is WHMCS-specific question, but I think I can help you a little bit. As these forums are moderated by WHMCS and not by us, some delay might apply in the responses even if we do them quickly, as they must be moderated by WHMCS staff before going live and public (so you and others can read it). As such, please allow some extra hours for the responses to become available as it might be delayed by this manual mechanism. In this case, our response was made within one hour of your request, but the WHMCS moderation system delayed it for some more, well after midnight (4-6hr). I just wanted to explain and let you know the reasons for this delay. divinedesigns Posted June 13, 2013 Share Posted June 13, 2013 Hi and thank you for the great plugin. I am trying to install using setup.sh however it says the detected admin folder path is incorrect. This is what it's finding: * Calculated WHMCS admin DIR: /var/www/vhosts/webhivehq.com/httpdocs/wordpress/clients/modules/addons/nessys_timetracking However I have set my custom admin path in the WHMCS config file. If you don't know how to overcome issues of the install process itself, you may order installation/Setup service and a Linux specialist will install the addon on your server for you.
