Vat Callculation Bug?

I have a prodct witht the following details...Both with "Apply Tax" enabled!

 

Monthly: 180€

Setup Fee: 150€

 

 

so on the left side i see this:

why is the tax only calculated on the monthly fee? but not on the setup fee? i personally would like to see:

So that the customer can see the price on both Monthly and Setup Fee with Vat included and the Vat. @ 20% should show the tax included in the Setup Fee and Monthly Fee.. So here it should show 80€

how can i show here the:Recurring: € 180,00 EUR

in the "Review & Checkout" (view cart) it seams that its correctly....

 

setup fee and monthly fee without vat and thant line above including vat...
