Does anyone know a way to make the support ticket screen in customer portal show only active tickets like the homepage? By default it shows all tickets and although you can sort the list by status it is not ideal for customers with lots of tickets that run over long periods. I thought there would be a simple way to add menu item/link that would sort the tickets like the admin area: admin/supporttickets.php?view=active however this does not seem to work. Any advise? 2. Also it would be great if the customer could see and change the priority of a ticket. Many of my customers start a ticket as low priority but then as their situation changes they need to let me know that this ticket is now higher priority that their other tickets. it would be helpful if they could do this in the customer area.
