Show suggested KB articles doesn't work

Hi!

My "Show suggested KB articles" doesn't seem to work.

I've read this forum and found that I should check two things:

1) I have much more than 5 articles and most part of them bigger than 30 words(however there are some with less)

2) I am using whmcs 5.0.3 and Default template, so the supportticketsubmit-kbsuggestions.tpl is in the folder.

The knowledge base is in two languages: French and English.

Somebody know what could be this issue?
