brodieboy
Hi all, I have contacted support regarding this, however they take more than 3 days to respond each time and we are getting no where with them, so hopefully I can get some help from here. I have had a few problems with the email piping (just placing the forwarder code into cpanel for the emails I want to forward to WHMCS). A few months ago the pipe.php file was 'corrupt' so I simply drag and dropped another pipe.php file from my documents into FTP and that fixed the problem. Now there is a 'local delivery error' message showing up that my clients get. Sometimes their ticket will come up into my whmcs ticket system, other times not. I have worked for HOURS on end with my web host trying to fix the problem, they have even contacted cPanel and search forums trying to find an answer... to to avail. cPanel said I need to contact WHMCS, so did they. Every thing on my server appears to be running just fine. I'm 99.99999% sure its a problem with my WHMCS installation. Does anyone have any suggestions etc...? Please let me know if you need any further details. I would be extremely grateful for anyone that can help sort this b*tch of a problem out for me!
